“Giving is not just about making a donation, it's about making a difference”

Supporting New Hope - Worcester

New Hope works to support children who have disabilities, the aim of the project is to enable the children to access activities in their local community and to take part in organised activities at the centre which is located in the heart of Worcester City.

The activities take part every school holiday and every Saturday throughout the year. Whilst the children are having fun, their parents and carers can receive breaks from their caring responsibilities.

Proceeds raised from Emily’s Emporium will fund the children’s activities and purchase equipment for them to use.

Examples of our activities are swimming, bowling, trips to farm parks, the cinema and theatres at Christmas to join in the fun of the pantomime. At the centre, the children take part in gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, messy play and sports days.

Emily

The inspiration for Emily’s Emporium comes from Emily. Emily has been attending New Hope for 11 years now and in that time, she has made friends and enjoyed lots of activities that have aided her social and emotional development.

Emily and her friends are pictured throughout our website so customers can see how we use the proceeds raised from Emily’s Emporium.

New Hope is a small charity, but we make a huge difference to the lives of the children and their families that use the project. Your help and support is hugely valued and very much appreciated.
